Wolfgang Van Halen is following in his father’s footsteps and releasing his own signature guitar, the EVH SA-126.
He says the guitar took over three years to develop, because “the goal was to put together a guitar that didn’t exist yet” – a hybrid between a semi-hollow and solid-body guitar.
Wolfgang has been playing the SA-126 on the road for the last two years.
It’s made by EVH, the guitar company founded by Eddie Van Halen as a subsidiary of Fender.
