New York City officials are considering renaming a Manhattan street after KISS.
The proposal would rename West 23rd Street and 8th Avenue after the band, which got its start in New York City in the early 70s.
A public meeting on the proposal will be held next week by the Transportation Planning Committee of Manhattan.
