TESLA proudly unveils the limited edition double LP, Real to Reel Vol I, slated for release on Record Store Day, April 20, 2024.
Originally launched on June 5, 2007, Real to Reel Vol I is a tribute album featuring cover songs from the late 1960s and early 1970s. TESLA infuses these classics with their distinctive flair, recorded on analog tape and vintage gear to preserve the era’s raw sound. The album highlights the band’s exceptional live studio performance, eschewing modern tools for a hands-on approach. Notably, TESLA completed recording 25 tracks in just 30 days, working tirelessly from 10 am to midnight.
