Last Friday’s inauguration was not the day Bill Clinton’s wife Hillary would become President after all, but it didn’t stop Bubba from enjoying himself at the event. The former President was captured on camera supposedly ogling Ivanka Trump as she arrived at ceremony. Bill Clinton seemed to bite down on his lip with approval and then muttered something as he watched from his seat at the Capitol. But it wasn’t just the cameras who caught Bill. Hillary was laughing alongside Michelle Obama when she suddenly noticed that her husband wasn’t watching what was happening on stage. Hillary turned around and it looks like she gave Bill a long disapproving stare as she waited for him to notice that he had been caught red-handed. Bill finally moved his head an inch as if to just barely acknowledge her. Hillary then narrowed her eyes and turned back to the stage like a woman who had seen it all before.
