It’s a new era for the San Francisco 49ers under new head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch. The NFL’s free agency frenzy has begun and the new regime has been aggressive and busy.

Among those gone are soon likely to be released from the 49ers roster are WR Torrey Smith, S Antoine Bethea, ILB Gerald Hodges, C Marcus Martin and PK Phil Dawson.
And some new faces to welcome to Santa Clara this year are QB’s Bryan Hoyer and Matt Barkley, FB Kyle Juszczyk (pronounced: YOUs-check), WR’s Pierre Garcon, Marquise Goodwin and Aldrick Robinson, TE Logan Paulsen, ILB Malcolm Smith and PK Robbie Gould.
