Steve Perry to Join Journey at Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Next week (April 7) will be the Induction Ceremony for the 2017 Class of the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame.  Included this year is Pearl Jam, Yes, ELO, Joan Baez, Tupac Shakur and bay area legends, Journey (Nile Rodgers will also receive an award for Musical Excellence)

Following the announcement of this year’s class, speculation began almost immediately as to whether or not Steve Perry would join his former band mates at the ceremony.

Keyboardist Jonathan Cain expects Steve to be at the Barclay Center on April 7th.  During a recent interview with the Dayton Daily News Cane said, “The ceremony is the first time we’re going to get to see Steve Perry in a long time. So that’ll be fun.”

The current singer for Journey is Arnel Pineda who is also expected to attend.
