Everyone wants to be a rock star, and Dave Grohl of all people knows it.

During the Foo Fighters last show of the Concrete and Gold Tour in Minnesota, Dave Grohl invited a blind 10-year-old boy and his parents on stage to perform “La Dee Da.”

Grohl spotted the boy in the audience and stopped mid-song to see if he and his parents had special seating side stage, where they watched the rest of the concert from. Grohl played in front of the boy while playing so he could feel the guitar as he strummed.

The boy’s mother Stacy shared on Facebook:

I am Owen’s mom. Owen is in fact blind, he also has Autism, Crohn’s Disease and developmental disabilities. Owen loves concerts so much. He was definitely not tired, he likes to be held up front at most shows and we take turns holding him up so he can dance. Dave Grohl and all of the crew were incredibly kind to our family.

“It’s a family occasion!” the Foo front man told the crowd.
