How the Porn Industry Is Changing During COVID-19


As some of the porn industry is slowing opening back up in the Los Angeles area, Rolling Stone Magazine interviewed a few key players to gain insight into the process and changes that will take place. First and foremost, actors and actresses will be tested for COVID-19 twenty-four hours before they arrive on set, at the expense of the production company, and performers are not allowed to use rideshares like Uber to get to work. Certain sex acts will not be allowed, and most scenes will be shot between no more than two actors at a time. Some companies are recommending no kissing, among other acts, but others disagree.
