Cheap Trick Covers David Bowie’s “Rebel Rebel”

Cheap Trick are old friends of the BONE, and we’re lucky for that. Who could forget back in 2017 when they rocked the night away with Boneheads at Bone Bash XVII in Mountain View, for one of the most memorable Bone Bashes in station history! You can relive that epic night through photos here and listen to the Rick Nielsen interview here!

And, don’t forget about the time the band graced our private performance space at the station for a small group of listeners! You can watch those classic live performances of “I Want You To Want Me,” “Heart on the Line,” “Surrender,” and “When I Wake Up Tomorrow” from the Bone studios below. Our latest obsession is Cheap Trick’s cover of David Bowie‘s “Rebel Rebel,” and you can hear it below as well. UltimateClassicRock.com talks about the band’s recent cover songs and their first time meeting with the legend himself, David Bowie, here.
