Well, State Police out of Bedford, Pennsylvania are searching for a disguised suspect that reportedly keeps defecating in the parking lot of the post office, a serial pooper. Police said they had been investigating since the fecal matter began showing up on June 22 and it hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down. So far, they have zero leads on the mystery pooper, so they have enlisted the help of McGruff the Crime Dog.
