You need to see a picture to believe it. A 57 year-old man’s nose had grown so bulbous, that the construction laborer had trouble eating and breathing. And worst of all, it resembled a schlong. Not just a physical nuisance, Conrado Ramos Estrada’s outsized schnoz, caused by “Rhinophyma”, also affected his self esteem and his ability to get steady work. Thankfully, a plastic surgeon spotted Conrado one day and offered to fix his penis nose for free. And four weeks later, Conrado was a new man.
