Will Ferrell Reprises ‘Semi-Pro’ Character At Golden State Warriors Warm-Up

Tuesday night Will Ferrell surprised players of the Golden State Warriors during their warmup dressed as Jackie Moon, the basketball he portrayed in “Semi-Pro.”

Klay Thompson of the Warriors happens to be a big fan of Jackie Moon, and after losing five games in a row, and seven of their last eight, the inspiration of Jackie Moon must have worked as they went on to beat the L.A. Clippers 112-97.

Klay told reporters after the game, “That was so cool. Dreams do come true. That was some of the most fun I’ve had on the court this year and I’m very appreciative that Will could come out and lighten the mood, especially after the losing streak we had”
