Days after the sudden passing of drummer Taylor Hawkins, The Foo Fighters have canceled all upcoming tour dates. The band replaced a statement on Tuesday stating “we’re sorry for and share in the disappointment that we won’t be seeing one another as planned. Instead, let’s take this time to grieve, to heal, to pull our loved ones close, and to appreciate all the music and memories we’ve made together.”

The Foo Fighters we’re slated to headline Aftershock Festival in Sacramento on Sunday, October 9th.

Last week, the 50-year-old Hawkins was found dead in his hotel room in Bogota, Columbia, hours before the band’s scheduled show.  The Foos were set to begin a North American tour in late April.
