Scorpions Guitarist Displays Bloody Fingers Onstage

If there’s any question as to whether Scorpions guitarist Matthias Jabs can still shred onstage, just check out a photo taken by rock journalist Robert Cavuoto.

The pic, taken May 6th during a performance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, shows Jabs’ fretboard covered in blood – and his fingertips covered with several Band-Aids.

Following that show, the Scorpions postponed their next three gigs, saying Jabs had suffered an injury. The nature of his injury has not been revealed.

Is there anything you love doing so much that you’d keep doing it even if it hurt?
