Creedence Clearwater Revival has released a new video for their hit “Travelin’ Band”. The video features footage of the band shot on the road in 1969 and 1970, and includes clips filmed onstage at the Royal Albert Hall in London and at the Oakland Coliseum in California.
The video comes ahead of the release of a special 7-inch vinyl of the hit that was recorded live at Royal Albert Hall and will be backed with a recording of “Who’ll Stop The Rain” which was recorded from their performance at Oakland Coliseum back in 1970.
This all follows the news of the upcoming documentary-concert film Travelin’ Band: Creedence Clearwater Revival At The Royal Albert Hall. A release date for the film has not been released but we do know that Jeff Bridges will be the narrator and that the footage from the venue and Pinewood Studios was supposed to be for a 30 minute UK TV special that was never aired.
