Metallica continued their four-night residency on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Wednesday with a classic.
The band performed 1986’s “Master of Puppets” for the late-night audience.
Previously, Metallica performed 1991’s “Holier Than Thou” and “Lux Æterna,” which is off their latest album “72 Seasons.”
Jimmy Kimmel also put Metallica to the test with actual puppets.
“Metallica has had a huge surge of popularity among young people after their song “Master of Puppets” was on “Stranger Things.” So we thought it would be fun to take the band to The Bob Baker Marionette Theater, which is a popular children’s puppet spot, to give the guys a chance to master some puppets,” reads the video description.
Metallica will wrap up its time with Kimmel on Thursday night.
