Ozzy Osbourne’s West Hollywood Condo Is For Sale

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are selling one of their West Hollywood condos.

The unit, which was primarily occupied by their daughter, Kelly, is adjacent to another condo owned by the couple. The one that’s for sale – which is located on the 10th floor of the Sierra Towers skyscraper – is 2,100 square feet with two bedrooms and three baths, according to its listing.

The asking price: $4.795 million – just more than the $4 million they paid for it in 2014.

Although the Osbournes recently listed their Hancock Park estate for $18 million, they removed it from the market after receiving no offers.

The sale comes as the Osbournes have recently discussed the idea of leaving America due to gun violence.

“When I first came here, I thought I was in heaven,” Sharon Osbourne said. “In the ’70s, if you loved music, this was the place to be. It’s not that hub anymore. It’s not exciting anymore. It hasn’t gone sideways, it’s gone down. It’s not a fun place to live. It’s dangerous here. Every big city’s got crime, but I don’t feel safe here. Neither does Ozzy.”

However, Ozzy then said he was not as set on leaving America as Sharon.

“I’ve been getting a bit of flak from people,” Ozzy explained. “To be honest, if I had my way, I’d stay in America. I’m American now.

Whether or not the Osbournes are leaving America, it appears the family is certainly leaving their West Hollywood condo.
