Tommy Lee Sells California Home

After spending much of the last five years trying to sell his home in Calabasas, California, Tommy Lee has finally found a buyer.

The Motley Crue drummer has reportedly accepted an offer of $3.65 million for the home – which is $2.2 million less than the $5.85 million he paid for it in 2017.

Despite the loss, Lee is likely to be relieved by the sale after he made numerous attempts to unload it. He first put the house on the market in 2016 for $5.9 million, then lowered the price by $300,00 months later. He lowered the price three more times over the next year before finally taking it off the market in February 2018.

He put it up for sale two more times over the next two years, only to yank it off the market again both times. It had been for sale again since September 2022.
