Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 is currently in a legal battle…about a tree.
Hoppus is suing his neighbor in Beverly Hills because a pine tree has grown too tall and is blocking his view.
According to documents for the case, the neighbor is violating a written agreement that states pine trees cannot grow to over 15 feet.
Hoppus claims that the neighbor has avoided contact about the matter, causing the singer to file a suit.
Hoppus is currently on a world tour with Blink-182. In April, Travis Barker tweeted that the band’s new album will be complete before they began tour on May 4th. It is Blink’s first tour and album since reuniting the original lineup with guitarist Tom DeLonge. Tom DeLonge also previously said the new album is the “best album” they have ever made.
Bay Area fans can see the band perform on Thursday, June 22nd at SAP Center in San Jose, or on Friday, June 23rd at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California.
