Paul McCartney to ‘Reunite’ With John Lennon Thanks to AI

Sir Paul McCartney has revealed that one last Beatles song will be coming, thanks to the help of AI.

McCartney told BBC that the ability to remove and separate voices and instruments with AI was used in Peter Jackson’s “Get Back” documentary.

“So when we came to make what will be the last Beatles record, it was a demo that John had that we worked on and we just finished it up. It will be released this year,” McCartney said.

“We were able to take John’s voice and get it pure through this AI so then we could mix the record as you would normally do,” he added. “It gives you some sort of leeway.”

The Beatles were recently in the news for becoming the 406th track to join Spotify’s Billions Club.

“Here Comes the Sun” surpassed one billion streams on Spotify. The George Harrison-penned track from the ”Abbey Road” album is the first Beatles song to do so.
