Axl Rose allegedly once threatened to kill David Bowie in 1989.
The whole incident reportedly went down at the music video shoot for Guns N’ Roses’ “It’s So Easy.”
The video was shot at the Cathouse in Hollywood. Rose’s then-girlfriend, Erin Everly, was there, and apparently so was Bowie.
Bowie reportedly was flirting with Everly, which made Rose fly off the handle. This led to Rose chasing Bowie out of the club while screaming, “I’m going to kill you!”
Then, Bowie returned to the club with Ola Hudson, Slash’s mom and customer designer for several famous musicians, including David Bowie, Diana Ross, Janet Jackson, John Lennon and Ringo Starr.
Legend has it, the two rock stars were able to work things out over dinner.
