Queen guitarist Brian May and viral internet musician Nandi Bushell have joined forces on a BBC children’s show.

May and Bushell recently appeared on the show ‘Andy and the Band,’ which is a comedy aimed at children about a fictional band called Andy and the Odd Socks on their home of Planet Rock.

May played a character called the Godfather of Rock, while Bushell played his Goddaughter, Emerald.

Bushell told BBC News, “I have never performed a speaking acting role before so playing Emerald in ‘Andy and the Band’ was the perfect first role for me. Working with Brian May was a dream come true! He is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. He let me play his guitar and gave me a few lessons when we were on set and made me feel really special.”
