Bret Michaels Taking A Year Off

Poison frontman Bret Michaels is one of the hardest-working men in rock – but he’s planning to take some extended ‘me time’ next year.

Michaels, who turned 61 this week, says he plans to keep touring in 2024 but “will be taking most, if not all, of 2025 off” to “recharge the batteries and get a good, much-needed physical tuneup.”

Michaels did leave himself an out, admitting that he might play a few dates with the Bret Michaels Band and possibly with Poison.

His ‘Parti-Gras Tour’ continues this weekend in Las Vegas.
