Joan Jett makes the cut as Advisor on The Voice

Looks like The Voice will be getting more advisors: Joan Jett and Sammy Hagar are joining the allstar team of famously blunt characters.

Jett joins to advise coach Miley Cyrus on the next round of the NBC hit show. This should be no surprise, as Cyrus has referred to the Jett as “an inspiration and what Superwoman really should be,” and inducted the the Blackhearts frontwoman into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Meanwhile, former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar joins the show to advise Adam Levine.
