The Shreveport Police department has announce that there are safe exchange locations around in the event you are selling an item to a stranger or need to make a custody exchange with an ex and you want to feel secure.  The safe exchange location is made up of two parking spaces, well-lit, in the full view of the patrol desk.  This area has video surveillance 24 hours a day.  Here are some locations to use if you would like to:

*Any Caddo Sheriff Substation

*Longview Police Station

*2100 block of East End Boulevard North in Marshall

*Panola County Sheriff’s Office

*Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

This is wonderful to have in the Arklatex and creates peace of mind.
