The State Fair of Louisiana is closed today (Friday) because of weather, but it will be back in action Saturday at 10 am until 11 pm.  Then it will be open Sunday at 10 am until 10 pm.  It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Here are some signs you can tell the State Fair is not in operation today:

**More clowns driving on I-49 than usual.

**Sword Swallower was spotted visiting Dr. Hobbly.

**The guy who guesses your weight is trying to guess the number of Gordon McKernan billboards…and can’t.

**World’s Tiniest Horse was seen in Downtown Shreveport being chased by a rat.

**Giraffe just found Gucci Brookshires and no longer needs your carrots.

**The corn dogs were just spotted in the gym at Parkway High School being used as a javelin.
