A horse barn burned to the ground in Clark County early Thursday morning. Neighbors reported the fire along Combs Ferry Road, near the Fayette County, line around 5 a.m. Firefighters say there were no animals inside, and there were no injuries. Fire department officials say the owners recently bought the farm and were doing renovations on the property. Firefighters have not determined the cause, but say they think an electrical issue might have sparked the blaze.
