The Powell County coroner has identified the woman killed when a tree fell on a tent at a campground near Natural Bridge early Friday morning. The coroner says 45 year old Catherine Carlson of Lexington, and her husband, Brian, were inside a tent with their three kids at the Middle Fork Campground when a tree fell on it during a storm. EMS took Brian Carlson to Clark Regional Medical Center and then on to UK Hospital for treatment. Officials say he suffered a broken pelvis. The three boys were reportedly unharmed.
