Heesung Choi, special education teacher at The Learning Center in Lexington.  She’s been presented with a certificate of appreciation by the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago for leading the first Korean class of its kind in Kentucky. Her class covers Korean culture, language and food.
