Sarah Poston of Bryan Station High School.  She took first place in Chinese in the novice high division  at the Kentucky Language Association’s showcase.

Stephen Voss, associate professor of political science at the University of Kentucky has given the William E. Lyons Award, for recognition of a long record of outstanding service to UK, the commmunity and Kentucky.
