These winners of the Ripple Effect Scholarships from Kentucky American Water: Emily Lieu of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, Emily Smith of George Rogers Clark High School.  They join three others from Owen and Franklin Counties in receiving the $500 award from Kentucky American Water.
