(Provided by Kentucky American Water)–The 2016 Consumer Confidence Reports – or Water Quality Reports – for
Kentucky American Water’s service areas are now available. The reports, provided annually in the spring with data
pertaining to the previous calendar year, are available on Kentucky American Water’s website at
www.kentuckyamwater.com via the Water Quality link and searchable by customer zip code.

The Consumer Confidence Report is an annual performance measure of the quality of water supplied by Kentucky
American Water against the compliance standards established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and
Kentucky’s Division of Water. Each report describes drinking water sources, water tests conducted, substances
detected and the levels of those substances. Commonly asked questions and the associated answers concerning
drinking water are also included. In addition to viewing reports online, customers may also request a hard copy by
contacting the company’s customer service center at 1-800-678-6301.
