The University of Kentucky Speech and Debate Team, winner of the prestigious Chief Justice Invitational tournament at Marshall University.  Junior Matt Karijolic was named tournament champion.

MiKayla Brooke Charles and Dawn R. Henry of Lexington Enhanced 911, recent graduates of the Public Safety Dispatch Academy at the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training.

Ned Crankshaw, chair of the University of Kentucky Department of Landscape Architecture, named to the Council of Fellows of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
