Gregg Muravchick, director of Transylvania University’s Department of Public Safety, selected to receive a TOP COPS honor for his actions during a machete attack last year in a campus coffee shop.  Muravchick will receive the award from the National Association of Police Organizations in Washington, D.C., in May.
