Lexington police have charged a Lexington man with sexually abusing two young neighbors. Officers arrested 38 year old William Carter at his home on Emerson Drive on Tuesday. According to court documents, Carter had sexual contact with two boys under the age of 12  in May. Police charged Carter with two counts of sexual abuse.
