Two men accused in a 2008 murder pleaded not guilty in a Jessamine County courtroom Friday morning. A judge said the cases of 34-year-old David Peel and 46-year-old Odis Henson will stay together. Both men are accused in the death of 45-year-old Mark Dunn who was found dead inside his burning pickup truck along Hunters Ferry Road in a remote part of Jessamine County in May of 2008. Officials said Dunn was shot before his truck caught fire. Peel is charged with murder, arson, robbery, and evidence tampering. Henson is charged with arson second degree and tampering with physical evidence. They were arrested Wednesday, more than 6 years after the death.
