A man was charged with driving his SUV through a dead end and getting stuck on railroad tracks in Lexington Friday morning. Police say Benjamin L. Powell, 23, was driving on Suburban Court,  off Nicholasville Road near Central Baptist Hospital, and didn't stop when the road ended. The SUV plowed through some bushes and then hung on the train tracks behind the court. Police charged Powell with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
