Fire caused extensive damage to a home in Lexington early Monday morning.A neighbor reported flames shooting from a home's garage on Vale Drive, off Harrodsburg Road near the county line. Everybody got out safely, but by the time firefighters arrived, the fire had spread into the house and up into the attic. Flames, smoke and water cause significant damage to the house. Firefighters have not determined the cause of the blaze.
