Monica Hall, Family Resource Center coordinator at Booker T. Washington Elementary in Lexington.  She’s been awarded the Humanitarian Cup by the Rotary Club of Lexington.  The annual award goes to an individual in the community who exemplifies Rotary’s primary tenant of “service above self.”
