The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing elderly woman.  Carmen Siguenza, 61, was last seen in the Pemberton Street area around 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 23rd.  She was driving a red 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage with a Texas plate displaying:  LLR6481.
