DETROIT, MI – Another Metro Detroit company is relocating to a Dan Gilbert building in downtown Detroit Bedrock Real Estate Services, the real estate arm of Dan Gilbert’s family of companies, Tuesday announced that Gas Station TV will relocate its headquarters to Woodward Avenue. GSTV will move over 80 employees into the former Kresge Building at 1201 Woodward Ave. in downtown Detroit by June 2015.
The company is currently based in Birmingham, but was acquired by Rockbridge Growth Equity last year. Gilbert is an investor in Rockbridge. According to Bedrock, there is still construction going on in the 9-story building GSTV will move into. The company is responsible for the content shown on video screens at the gas pump. According to Bedrock, they have over 52 million viewers every month.
