He also has been an invaluable member and volunteer for the Detroit Economic Club, and served on the speaker selection committee for the upcoming DEC Young Leaders Conference in October 2022.

Naera Haghnazarian is a Distribution Engineering Manager at Eversource Energy, and has also served on the Detroit Economic Club’s Young Leader Board since 2020. She has also been a Management Board Member in the National Electric Energy Testing, Research, and Application Center at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her contributions have advanced research in the overhead, underground, and substation material, equipment, and standards.

Justin Remington is the Chief Operating Officer at The Remington Group and also serves as the Interim Senior Director of Major Giving and Donor Relations at United Way for Southeastern Michigan. He currently manages the operations of the firm and leads some of it’s largest clients. He is proud to be a connector and networker, and to him, creating relationships and helping introduce others is a way to pay it forward.

Taylor Bagby is a Preconstruction Manager for Barton Malow Company. In this role, she serves as design manager on Ford’s $5 billion Blue Oval SK Battery Park project in Glendale, KY. Her versatility allows her to fill multiple leadership roles within the department as needed, from design manager to estimator or preconstruction lead. Taylor also helps ensure standard practices are adhered to while growing and maintaining a strong communication network between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.

Christina Toma is an Analyst at Ford Motor Company and has also been a very active member of the Detroit Economic Club over the last three years. She was the first to complete the Young Leader Certificate Pilot Program at the DEC, and has recruited many to volunteer for the Career Readiness Academy. With her determination and resilience, she works to raise awareness for the DEC and plans to expand her role with the organization in the future.

Jon Randall is the Vice President of Investments at Stifel and has helped individuals pursue their investment, retirement, and comprehensive wealth management goals. Jon is also a member of the President’s Leadership Council and the Development Board for Detroit Cristo Ray School and is active with the Brother Rice High School Alumni Association.
